The State Executive Committee of the North Carolina Democratic Party will meet on Saturday, January 26th in the Cole Auditorium, located at Richmond Community College, 1042 West Hamlet Ave. in Hamlet, North Carolina.

The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. Registration will begin at 11 a.m.

NOTE: In August of 2005, the State Executive Committee adopted a new attendance policy. If members of the State Executive Committee miss two meetings during their tenure on the Committee, without sending a proxy, they will be removed from the Committee. A proxy form is enclosed that you should use to send a proxy in your place if you are unable to attend.
