Out-of-State Students

If you do not intend to return to your home state or county after graduation OR you do not yet know where you will live after graduation, you may vote in NC while attending college in NC. You will have to prove that you will be 18 by election day (November 5) and have been a resident of North Carolina for 30 days before the election (since October 6).
