NRSC Chair Rick Scott released an 11-point plan this morning outlining the GOP agenda heading into the 2022 midterm elections, including a proposal that would raise taxes on many working class and retired Americans. 

“The Republican Party hasn’t had a plan other than opposing anything the Biden administration does to lower costs and create jobs — until now. Senator Scott has made clear that Senate Republicans are running on raising taxes on North Carolinians: Will Ted Budd, Pat McCrory, and Mark Walker do the same?” said NCDP spokesperson Kate Frauenfelder.
